House Rules

Guests are expected to follow our house rules and guidelines, and House Pod Ponco staff have the right to check compliance at any time; failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund.

  1. Check-in: 16.00 – 21.00
    Check-out: 8.00 – 10.00
  2. All guests must provide a personal ID or PASSPORT at check-in due to state regulations.
  3. On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 10:00, otherwise the owner has the right to charge extra payment.
  4. Pets are not allowed.
  5. Smoking is forbiden in closed areas – apartments/ rooms, bathrooms and in the common area.
  6. Guests have to respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors in the apartment and the common area.
  7. Guests cannot make noise between 10 pm and 8 am (22.00 – 8.00). If neighbors file a complaint and call the police due to loud music or a party, this may result in immediate eviction, regardless of the time of day or night. This will also lead to the loss of the paid rental fee.
  8. The guests have to inform us about every visit, you have in apartments.
  9. Mandatory recycling of general waste and organic waste – trash bins in the apartments. Mandatory recycling of plastic, cans and glass – trash bins in the common area.
  10. If you notice anything missing or damaged upon arrival at the accommodation, you must report it immediately; otherwise, we will assume you are responsible and charge you for the cost.
  11. Children are not allowed to use the wellness center.
  12. Apartments’ accessories (pillows, blankets, towels and the like) are not allowed to be taken out of the apartment.
  13. It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable or explosive materials, narcotics and objects with unpleasant smell into the rooms.
  14. Please immediately inform us of any defects or faults in the room or possible dissatisfaction with the service.
  15. The guest who causes damage to apartment and its property on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of the damage.
  16. Guests are obligated to clean the kitchen, wash the dishes and bring the trash to containers when you are leaving the apartment.
  17. The staff can enter the apartment in the absence of the guest only for the purpose of cleaning the apartment and when there is reason to believe that there is a danger like fire, or that the internal house rules are being seriously violated.
  18. The guests are obligated to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. The owner is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to guests equipment and belongings during the stay at our apartments.
  19. If the guests do not respect these house rules, the host have the right to cancel further accommodation.
